WISE Corporate Australia offer consultation and site inspections on waterproofing systems and applications to ensure that the requirements of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and the material suppliers specifications are met. This service can take many forms that include: - Design reviews of architectural drawings and section details - Product reviews for suitability and compliance - Scope of works reviews - Onsite compliance inspections WISE Corporate Australia covers the Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong and Mid North Coast areas of NSW and work in conjunction with Builders, Architects, Engineers, Developers and other industry professionals to ensure compliance. In the development of the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 and the role of the Building Commissioner, ensuring the correct designs, compatibility and compliance, designs and building practices that are not able to meet the deemed-to-satisfy requirements of the NCC and Standards, a performance solution will need to be documented. From which, both the principal design practitioner and the principal building practitioner are able to make their respective compliance declarations. Our clients have greater confidence in their projects following reviews of their project documentation to ensure that all is compliant in relation to waterproofing and the Australian Standards AS3740 and AS4654.2 as outlined for internal and external waterproofing and as a requirement of the BCA/NCC as F1.7 and F.14 respectively.
